I couldn\'t rely find the right home for this so stuck it here under \'Email List Management\' as there will be email involved.
OK, I\'m building a 16wk program and wan\'t to drip feed content daily. I\'m not using the Learndash feature as this would require me to set up everyday as a lesson which would appear overwhelming for clients. I\'d prefer to use the Memberium tags and have the program set up in Learndash as weekly lesson which has 7 topics which would be drip fed daily via memberium tags. IS THIS POSSIBLE. Each of the days would have a corresponding email sent which has a link to the page within.
Secondly, In this set up we have Prep Wk, followed by Weeks 1 thru 14, then Transition Wk. Clients can purchase anytime but the drip feed for Monday week 1 would need to start on an actual monday.
SO, in prep week, if they purchase program on a wednesday they get access to content for prev Mon & Tue as well, the welcome email they get would reference this. So, if they purchase on a Friday, they get access to mon-thu as well and son on.
I\'ve created prep week and weeks 1 & 2 in the Strong Beyond Fifty program so we can see if all this is possible.
All above and Loom video might be hard to understand so I\'ll also book a call so can discuss further to get result.

Cleanup Details: Pls lmk if the 1st two categories aren\'t self explanatory (the merge & deleting the unquestionable \'undeliverables\').

For the 3rd category, I need to be able to review and quickly assess as an Exec (i.e. meaning, like first be able to view with a summary level understanding, and then have the ability to drill down to see individuals) the contacts you feel are the most likely to be a risk for us of becoming a potential \"spam complaint\" or likely to dilute our open rate if we try emailing them (like for example is you\'re using their past history as an indicator of determining if they have a very low chance of seeing or opening our emails moving forward).

Not all \"marketable\" contacts are quality (meaning, some may have been part of a one-time lead generation effort, but never received or open & engaged with any follow up emails from us...others may have registered to watch one of Shari\'s classes, but then never did, or only watched one or two chapters out of 12 so they never developed a student/teacher relationship with her...examples like these will most likely not remember her, may ignore or not see her emails if they go to their junk folders, or worse, report us as spam).

Others may seem \"unmarketable\" under normal parameters (like low past engagement or aged out), but actually may have enough value to be worth saving and trying to re-engage (I shared a video I uploaded to Vimeo to help elaborate...I prefer not to use Loom because we\'ve had issues with that software before, but if you need me to please lmk).

For example, they may have only engaged once, but they are tagged with \"Private FB Group -> Joined Private FB Group\" which means they are a member of our Facebook Group....or they may not have received or engaged with more than one email from us, and that email was years ago, but they actually are from a group of medical professionals Shari spoke to at a live medical conference, provided them a way to download something she offered from stage, but then we failed to follow up with them and that\'s the only reason they didn\'t engage more and they may still really want information and offerings from her, but we\'ll never know if we don\'t create a unique \"would you like to stay connected\" email and try.

Its possible, you may wind up identifying upwards of 10,000 out of our ~20,000 contacts as a potential risk for \"spam\" or being \"unmarketable/likely they\'ll dilute your open rate\" and we just go and delete them without checking, but I want to be able to review them first or we may be deleting 1-3,000 \"potentially\" valuable contacts we\'ll want to try & re-engage with, at least once, and even if it means we need to write different customized emails for each segment (because some are past highly engaged students...some are medical professionals...some are FB group members who haven\'t opened our emails, yet, but are still in our group, etc).

So how can I review everyone you identify & then make the determination if there are any we want to keep the easiest way?

Can you create some type of tag/tagging method to identify the contacts I should review to potentially delete, and then a create a clickable report for me (like the way I can click on links in a broadcast email report that summaries activity, but then let\'s me drill down to the individual contacts who make up a given number being reported)? Or is there a way I can export a CSV/XLS file (so that in Excel or Googel Sheets, I can change the video to see the contacts in both a summary level accounting of the different types/sources/segments of these contacts, as well as drill down to see their detail level)?

I need to be able to determine if they are worth saving (i.e. like how many are FB group members vs. students vs. something else...with the understanding that just because they were a student doesn\'t make them worth keeping, unless I can also separate/identify which ones were highly engaged students vs. rarely/never engaged students)

Does this make sense??

Even if you are only able identify and tag this 3rd category of contacts for review with this job request, and then Clate can help guide me on how to create a much clearer follow up job request to create a report/export solution for me to be able to do the assessment work to determine from that list who we want to keep and who we don\'t, it will still help give us a clearer idea before we meet on Tues, how many contacts of the ~20K we currently have, you recommend we prune from our list before trying to re-engage, nurture or market to our existing contacts.

I would like a new campaign that allows me to create and send invoices to clients when they book, with the following criteria:

1) We will not be charging people\'s card or entering them into subscriptions in this business, so just sending tax invoice.

2) The invoice email needs to be beautiful.

3) In this business the invoices amounts are quite variable. Is there a way to use a form to create a invoice with a custom amount per sale? I have attempted this in our other app and it wasn\'t possible through the campaign builder (you have to create invoice manually). Is there another option here?

4) If there is no other option (see 3) there are a series of usual amounts that we charge in. I have listed the names and amounts below, all amounts have NO tax included but should have the text in the product name:

- Cafe - 3hr solo - $297
- Campus - 3hr solo - $337.70
- Care Home - 3hr solo - $144
- Venue - 3hr solo - $330
- Venue - 3hr solo - $440
- Venue - 3hr solo - $550
- Venue - 3hr solo - $660
- Venue - 3hr duo - $770
- Venue - 3hr duo - $850
- Venue - Custom - $XXXX

5) There should be a corresponding custom field for the above so that when selected it will create and send invoice to the client for the booking. The names of the products should just be \"Venue - 3hr solo\" etc. but in the custom field need to note the amount being charged for our team to process the internal form correctly.

6) On custom, it would be great if we have a way of being able to add a number in and have campaign create invoice for that amount, though I believe this is impossible. If we select custom we need a task created to manually create and send invoice for that amount (see in which campaigns below).

7) We need to have the flexibility to charge up to 10X each of the above in quantity, so have a separate custom field the amount (I recognise that this means 10X the sequences, but has been the only way I have figured it out in my other business, let me know if you have alternative).

8) I would like the invoice creation sequences to be in their own campaign and pointed to via tags from the following campaigns (so add the custom field with the options above and have tags or whatever you decide to get them there):

1. This is not a fulfilment campaign exactly, just wasn\'t sure where to put it.

2. I have given you access to our second app for our other business: hv530 is the app name.

3. The goal of the campaign that I need help with is to send reminders to artists five days before they are booked for a gig.

4. As artists are booked for many gigs and well in advance it is not possible as far as I can tell to use a field timer to make this happen.

5. My solution has been to create a custom field - list box called: \"Artist - Reminder System\" which has every date in it.

6. By selecting the date/s (can be multiple) I would like the contact tagged with the corresponding date tag eg. \"Reminders - 01.01\" and then waiting in that sequence to get the reminder email five days before the date.

7. What I need built is firstly the reminder campaigns themselves. I have started this so you have an idea of what I think will work - see campaign \"Reminder Campaign - Timers - January\". I have done 01.01 - 07.01. You will need to create corresponding tags in the format I have started for the ones I haven\'t done yet. We will need January completed and then a every month and date completed. The artist must enter the sequence, wait until the date field runs, be sent an email and be removed from the sequence and have the tag removed at the same time so as to be able to enter that campaign again the following year if it happens (we can book up to a year in advance).

8. Secondly we need the campaigns: \"Booking In - Artist - One Off\" and \"Booking In - Artist - Multiple Dates\" working so as to apply the reminder tag to the contact when the corresponding date/s is/are selected in the custom field \"Artist - Reminder System\".

9. Also open to other suggestions on how to achieve the above but I believe this is the best way.

Cleanup Details: I will start by saying this is a big ticket so I appreciate will take some time.

It\'s all profoundly important to get right, so I will do my best to explain and am happy to get on a call to go through if needed.

- In Australia we have to pay 10% tax on everything. GST is what this is called.
- Currently my products are listed as the price then we have selected the options \"sales tax\" to add the 10%.
- The issue is that infusionsoft (ridiculously I think!) rounds everything down to two decimal points.
- This issue means we are charging clients strange amounts every invoice - usually off by a few cents.
- We have searched for answers but the only one we have found is basically to change our products to include tax in the total price and remove the \"tax\" option from the product in infusionsoft.

If you have a better suggestion to the above please let me know.

If not here is what we need to do.

Adjust a bunch of campaigns to include products with no tax - or create a version of the following that is tax inclusive in the total of the price.

There are hundreds of active subscriptions that will need to change and many products and campaigns updated. It\'s a big issue but if we can\'t fix the decimal point situation it is something we\'ve got to do.

I\'m not sure if the following is \'do-ble\' or not, so I\'d appreciate your advice:

(1) I have a growing group of Licensed Practitioners (people I certify to consult and coach using my \'Predictable Success\' growth model). There are 7 of them at presetn, and I aim to have a group of about 100 in due course. Each of them is set up as a referral partner inside Infusionsoft.

(2) I also have a stream of leads coming in to Infusionsoft through lead magnets, quizzes, etc.

(3) I\'d like to have these leads turned in to Infusionsoft opportunities and made available to the Licensed Practitioners to follow up with.

However, doing that by making each Licensed Practitioner an Infusionsoft user would be prohibiively expensive at $30/mth per Practitioner.

So my question is - is it possiible to design a campaign that makes the lead / opprtunity information available to the Licensed Practitioners in some manner other than by making all of them into Infusionsoft users? I was thinking, for example, of:

- Using their status as Referral Partners to distribute the leads to them.
- Using a tagged saved search to send new opportunities to them on some sort of a round robin basis.
- Using the Infusionsoft API to pull the leads / opportunities in to some other lead management software with a less expensive per-user cost.

I\'d love to hear your thoughts.

The ONE category tag which takes precedence is the Category: Agency Management System. We NEVER want to lose the tags associated with that category. I believe we have two categories
We also want to pay attention to the Category: Customer , and the tags associated with the category.

I have a quiz that sends the results to Infusionsoft, where they are stored in custom fields.

The quiz measures 6 stages in a lifecycle - the 6 stages are called

Early Struggle
Fun
Whitewater
Predictable Success
Treadmill
The Big Rut

The quiz returns just the TOP 4 scores of the 6 for each user.

As you can see in the bottom half of the attached screenshot, the scores are stored in 8 custom fields, in 4 pairs:

Stage 1 (the highest scoring stage) & it\'s score
Stage 2 (the second highest scoring stage) & it\'s score
Stage 3 (the third highest scoring stage) & it\'s score
Stage 4 (the furth highest scoring stage) & it\'s score

In order to better use this data, I need to get the score for each stage up in to the custom fields at the top part of the screenshot - gthose that are labeled with each stage and are currently empty.

I think the best way to do this is to use the PlusThis tool that writes the value of one field into another, as follows:

Build a decision diamond with six alternatives (items in inverted commas refer to fields):

If \'Stage 1\' = Early Struggle, copy \'Stage 1 Score\' in to \'Early Struggle\'
If \'Stage 1\' = Fun, copy \'Stage 1 Score\' in to \'Fun\'
If \'Stage 1\' = Whitewater, copy \'Stage 1 Score\' in to \'Whitewater\'
If \'Stage 1\' = Predictable Success, copy \'Stage 1 Score\' in to \'Predictable Success\'
If \'Stage 1\' = Treadmill, copy \'Stage 1 Score\' in to \'Treadmill\'
If \'Stage 1\' = The Big Rut, copy \'Stage 1 Score\' in to \'The Big Rut\'

Then repeat for each of Stages 2, 3 and 4 (i.e. a 6-option decision diamond for each of those fields.)

This should go in it\'s own campaign, triggered when the tag \'075 ACTIVITY: QUIZZES: LIFECYCLE: Stage 3 Completed\' is applied. I\'d also like to update existing contacts who have taken the quiz (you can search on that tag to find them and trigger the update.)
